At 360 Fitness Performance Centre, we are always looking for ways to improve your fitness and overall wellbeing experience. That’s why we are delighted to announce that we will soon be installing a sauna at our gym, taking our commitment to holistic health to the next level.
This addition is part of our mission to provide an all-encompassing approach to fitness, offering everything you need to achieve peak performance. With this sauna, you will have access to the perfect recovery tool without needing to leave your workout space or book a separate appointment at your local spa.

We know that many of our elite performers and dedicated members already incorporate saunas and ice baths into their routines, and we are thrilled to offer these benefits in-house.
